A loading route, wet process area and customer entrance have different requirements. Identify wheel loads, spills and cleaning practices before choosing a finish.
Assess the concrete
Existing coatings, contaminants, joint damage and moisture affect preparation. A coating cannot compensate for unsound concrete or unresolved water ingress.
Make downtime explicit
Agree preparation, application and curing periods separately. Identify temporary routes and confirm who moves equipment, stock and fixtures.

A shutdown or phased installation depends on the floor layout, isolation requirements and the selected product. Pedestrian access, vehicle access and chemical exposure can have different return times; confirm each in the written schedule.
