Quartz broadcast is what you install when the floor has to be seamless, grippy, and cleanable under a health inspector's eye. Coloured quartz aggregate is broadcast into resin in two full passes, then sealed, building a thick, mechanically textured, chemically resistant surface with no grout lines and nowhere for bacteria to live.

Why Double Broadcast
The first quartz pass fills the resin to rejection and locks in the base texture. Once it cures, we scrape and vacuum, then apply a second resin coat and broadcast again. That second pass is what takes the floor from 1/16" to 1/8"-1/4" and gives it the impact resistance and depth of texture that survives a decade of cart wheels, dropped pans and daily caustic wash-down.
Seamless, Coved and Inspectable
The floor turns up the wall as an integral 4" or 6" resin cove, so there is no floor-to-wall joint, no silicone bead to fail, and nowhere for grease or bacteria to collect. Drains are dressed in with a proper fall and terminated into the drain body. This detailing is the difference between passing a health inspection and arguing about one.
Chemical and Thermal Resistance
Quartz systems finish with a chemical-resistant urethane or, for aggressive environments, a novolac topcoat that handles acids, caustics and solvents. Where boiling liquid and steam cleaning are routine, brewhouses, commercial dish pits. We move up to a urethane cement matrix instead, which handles thermal shock that would delaminate standard epoxy.
Colour and Slip Tuning
Quartz comes as ceramic-coated coloured granules in standard blends, so you can match a brand palette or keep it neutral, and the colour goes all the way through the aggregate rather than sitting in a film. Slip resistance is tuned by aggregate size and how much topcoat we flood back in, more topcoat means smoother and easier to clean, less means grippier. We set it to your wet-area requirement.
